Kristen was very realistic as well as optimistic. While we did not quite get what we expected in the selling price, I do think she tried very hard to get qualified buyers. Kristen was responsive and assisted greatly throughout the process. We had to handle much of the sale after relocating to another state and Kristen was supportive beyond expectations.

It is very easy to assign top marks for Ms. Thompson. The time to sell was "now," but as a very busy professional, I could not have sold my space without her. Kristen provided guidance that was always spot on and yet I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt that I was well informed by my agent who made it a point, herself, to know about the market in my area, and what was happening with legal or other developments that might have affected the sale. She is adept with technology to make the often tedious paperwork process as seamless as possible. Kristen also had great suggestions for the staging and graphic presentations. The open house and showings were painless even though I still lived in my loft. Kristen is an ace negotiator, but also a very straight shooter. I felt that the buyer and I were both well served. Her work is classy, precise and swift. Kristen did a great job for me, and I intend to use her the next time I buy or sell a home.
